Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change unexpectedly, but as a courtesy to our service providers and other clients, we enforce the following cancellation policy for all appointments and services:
Notification Period
Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for appointments and helps us maintain the efficiency of our scheduling system.
Cancellation Procedure
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, clients must contact us directly by phone or email at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Cancellation Fees
No-shows or late cancellations:
Failure to provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling will result in the loss of the security deposit paid online for the scheduled service.
Repeated violations:
Clients who repeatedly fail to provide timely notice for cancellations or rescheduling may be subject to additional penalties, including suspension or restriction of booking privileges.
Enforcement
Our cancellation policy is strictly enforced to ensure fair treatment of all clients and maintain the integrity of our scheduling system. By booking an appointment with us, clients acknowledge and agree to adhere to our cancellation policy.
